Min rolle var som recruiter i et team som jobbet med faste stillinger mot IT-markedet i Oslo og omegn. Sammen leverte vi dyktige medarbeidere til stillinger innenfor et stort spenn, fra nyutdannede traineer, utviklere og arkitekter til IT-ledere og CTOer. Rollen dekket rekrutteringsprosessen fra A til Å. De fleste av våre oppdragsgivere var ute etter kandidater i et presset marked og prosessen startet gjerne med et omfattende søk der vi gikk aktivt ut og kontaktet potensielle kandidater. Dette parallelt med annonsering og screening. Deretter fulgte intervjuprosessen, ofte supplert av personlighets-og evnetester før referansesjekk og innstilling. Jeg er DNV-sertifisert i rekrutteringsyrket og har flere sertifiseringer innenfor evne- og personlighetstester, samt en mastergrad i organisasjonspsykologi.Om Experis:Experis er Norges største rekrutterings- og konsulentselskap med 850 konsulenter. Projects varied in type and length, but I mostly conducted market research, attitude surveys, focus groups, mystery shopping, qualitative interviews as well as writing reports based on findings.Senior Consultant: Quality control of projects, advisory role for the HR-position, as well as team-based project work.

Responsible for everything related to managing the employees. Lead a recruitment team of ten people who were responsible for every aspect of the recruitment process, from attracting applicants to screening applications and conducting job interviews. Other tasks included training of the employees, mostly through arranging coursework with external actors, but also through ensuring that experience is shared between employees. As an HR-manager I gave performance appraisals and functioned as the link between the board and the employees, giving follow-ups and feedback. In addition the position included arranging an annual alumni event with current and previous employees, with the intention of sharing knowledge and experiences. Throughout the year I also arranged a number of social events and trips in order to establish and maintain a good relationships between the employees and create a motivational work environment.

I mainly wrote a research paper on the prospects of implementing apprentice programs within different occupations at some of Statoil's international operations, but also participated in meetings and other regular activities at the office.

The Social Scientists' Work Life Committee (or in Norwegian Samfunnsviternes Arbeidslivsutvalg) is an organization at the Social Science faculty at the University of Bergen. It is run by students at the faculty and arrange seminars, meetings and events aimed at connecting students at the faculty with organizations, companies and prospective employers. International Day was an event which aimed to create awareness among the students of the different possibilities they had abroad. This included possibilities within organizations, exchange programs, employers and more. The day included seminars, company presentations and speeches given by previous students and other inspirational people with an international experience. My role was to coordinate a team of 8 students in arranging the day, and included booking speakers, contacting companies and organizations, market the event among students, coordinating the different events on the day itself, reporting to the board and more.
