The world of Business has, and always will be about people. People are selling from and to people. Companies are diverse, multicultural, multigenerational, and it is important to learn and relate with colleagues and clients alike to ensure that there are no limiting barriers to achieve success. I find that my strengths lie in putting my attention towards being a connector and driver between business, strategy and people. I have experienced how the world of Business has developed along this shift, and have refined my skills of creating, establishing, implementing, and maximizing the projects I initiate.Digital developments will continue to move faster and faster every day. Right now we must consider that there are different behaviours of multiple generations, cultures and mindsets coming together.
