Awarded two California Access to Justice Commission Grants -- one to conduct a Landscape Survey of Seniors Countywide & Toolkit and another to underwrite an Organizational Effectiveness Assessment for CCSLS. Organized All Staff Trainings on Cultural Humility and Implicit Bias. Obtain new tools & platforms to increase organizational efficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Words Grant, Classy). Assist with Board Development efforts.* Evaluation -- Develop and conduct the organization's evaluation impact strategy by developing various survey instruments including a client satisfaction survey, partner survey, and volunteer survey. Gather, analyze data, and summarize salient findings to key stakeholder audiences and funders. * Marketing & Communications -- Develop and manage with staff various communications (e.g. Blog, MailChimp e-newsletters, Facebook posts, Canva designs, Wordpress website updates) as well as the annual report, and donor collateral. Village Movement California is a coalition of grassroots community organizations called villages. Together with our partners we seek to revolutionize the experience of aging.
