In 2003 I started MedQ Research as a full-service market research and consulting agency. We developed a strong reputation and outstanding success based on our unique methodologies, our level of service and the strategic insights we were able to uncover using our unique “Q Methodologies.”In 2013, I shifted the focus and organization of MedQ Research to become a contract moderating and consulting service for full service healthcare and life science agencies seeking to extend their operational reach with executive-level expertise. The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Boston chapter is the premier professional development organization for women in the healthcare industry who seek connection, inspiration, knowledge and support to enrich and develop their careers. The chapter offers an extensive set of educational and mentoring programs.As board member and director of marketing for 2 years, I was responsible for a large and active committee that publicized upcoming events, awards and chapter activities. We developed media using graphic design, website publication, social media, e-mail and other creative media. Our efforts greatly increased attendance at events, gained several news stories about key events and people, and expanded awareness of this wonderful not-for-profit volunteer organization.

Migliara/Kaplan Associates, in its day, was the world's largest custom marketing research company targeting the healthcare products industry. I was thrilled to participate in the growth of MKA by leading a team of Account Directors that specialized in helping companies identify new product opportunities. Migliara-Kaplan was acquired by NFO in 1996, later to become part of TNS Healthcare, which was acquired by the WPP division of the Kantar Group in 2008.

Business Development: IVAC Division owned by Eli Lilly at the time I worked here. In New Business Development, I worked closely with Lilly management for in-licensing and out-licensing for devices relating to IV antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals. I also worked with the vital signs monitoring group as marketing manager.
