Most recently I focused my efforts on C-suite, vice presidents and directors who communicate organizational information to senior-level management, employees and clients. From 2012 to 2014 I've been an Executive Communication Coach for Deloitte’s Partners, Principals and Directors. The ability to communicate effectively is central to achieving business goals and maximizing results.I started my career at American Airlines. I held many positions including Financial Analysis Manager for Global Strategic Leadership, Committing to Leadership Manager and Airport Operations Supervisor in Atlanta working with union and non-union employees to achieve a common goal. I attended the U.S. Navy Command Leadership training dealing with issues likely to arise in connection with command responsibilities; it also provided ways to maintain communication links among the command, families, community and service providers. This was a direct result of partnering with her husband who was the Commanding Officer at VR59 NAS Carswell Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.Susann received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of California, Long Beach and resides in Fort Worth, TX.
