While working as a HR generalist, was promoted to this position to develop & administer anorganizational Compensation Philosophy/Strategy for two Medical Centers with approximately2000 employee, resulting in a $12M annual adjustment. Led implementation processes forspecific HRIS functions of applicant tracking, payroll coding for various benefits, andcompensation performance reviews. Developed complex reports and analysis of HR data todetermine company trends in turnover, staffing, promotion/demotion transactions, to meetmultiple internal and external reporting requirements. Identified data discrepancies andensured data integrity.
