Susan was the central point in the Customer and Sales Services department and continued to create value participating in the new hiring, the training and development of the staff in her area and working closely with scheduling, graphics and estimating departments to ensure customers and company needs were met. Susan was regularly involved in welcoming new customers and their business and always participated in the integrating strategies. She played a lead role in that department over the years and her work was praised regularly by our customers and management. The various changes in ownership of the company never affected her and the transitions were transparent related to her efforts and results. Susan is a loyal and dedicated employee. She is a self starter, highly motivated and bias to action. Her work is of the highest quality that I have observed in all of the 3 plants that I managed through the years.
