Susan is President and CEO of Rowinski Group LLC, a reimbursement and healthcare payer data analytics consultancy for medical device, diagnostics and digital therapeutic companies. Prior to starting the Rowinski Group LLC in 2004, Susan held management positions with increasing responsibility which included, the Vice President, Marketing (Pharmasonics, Sunnyvale, CA.) where she was responsible for global reimbursement & marketing, Director of Marketing (Cardiometrics, Mountain View, CA.), Global Marketing Manager (Medtronic, San Diego, CA), and Product Manager (Quinton Instrument Company (Seattle, WA.) Ms. Rowinski began her life sciences career as a Cardiology Ultrasound Territory Representative for Advanced Technology Labs (Seattle, WA) where she was responsible for the annual sales quota of $1M for (5) western U.S. states.Susan is a member of the teaching faculty at the University of Michigan and Georgia Institute of Technology. She taught for the University of California-San Francisco and for Purdue University Krannert School of Business. Her teaching focus is reducing the business risks associated with transitioning medical technologies from the academic setting to the clinical commercial market. Susan's students include MDs and other future entrepreneurs who are pursing a Professional Masters Degree in Medical Technology Business and Product Formation.Susan is invited to speak at conferences around the world. Her speaking topic of interest is to convince her audience of the importance of incorporating reimbursement planning into R&D, regulatory, marketing and sales operations.
