My passion for work that matters is to serve where my skill set matches a district need. I am thrilled to be serving in LYSD supporting school improvement, strategic planning, crisis response, policy review, and handbook creation.

I also believe that building relationships with one another creates an environment of safety, trust, and rapport and, in turn, people will want to run through a brick wall for you. Supervision, discipline, and monitoring of students, assigned staff evaluations, implementation and enforcement of school board policies, cooperatively work with the district administrators and school administrative team, and support district-wide goals and initiatives

Coordinator of the following district-wide programs/initiatives: READ 180, MATH 180, System 44, Athletics, & School Safety

IDEA Special Education compliance monitoring team, interpret State and Federal laws and regulations and recommend appropriate policies and procedures. Serve as a technical assistance provider for assigned districts and their Special Education Director.

Special Education/READ 180 Teacher, implemented the first high school READ 180 lab with fidelity, analyzed student learning data for differentiation within the model, and cultivated parental involvement, coordinator of the credit recovery program (summer 2007 & 2008).
