Susan was the Global Compliance Counsel for Fluke Corporation and Tektronix Inc., both owned by Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV). She was responsible for administering the companies’ compliance with the Fortive Standards of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Risk Assessment Programs by providing training, conducting investigations, participating in audits, developing solutions, providing advice and generally serving as the “champion” of compliance and integrity for Fluke and Tektronix's 6000 employees globally. Susan designed and successfully executed a strong program for due diligence and monitoring of both companies' third party intermediaries for compliance with FCPA and global anti-corruption regulations and standards.

Oversaw all legal affairs as general counsel for a publicly traded (NYSE Amex: EMAN) electronic component manufacturing company with global business.

Drafted and negotiated commercial contracts to license, distribute and advertise digital books, movies and music.

Served as Corporate Secretary for the Board of Directors of Washington Mutual and led the Office of Corporate Secretary department.

Practice concentrated in real estate, general business and banking, with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, consumer and commercial lending programs.
