Served as a lead contributor to develop, implement, and scale programs and operations to support initiatives at CodeX, a center jointly managed by Stanford Law School and Stanford Engineering’s Computer Science Department, and the LST umbrella program.- Co-led effort to revive focal research theme, including scope/objectives, funding/budget, agenda, and program planning and delegate recruitment for a series of convenings; effort helped yield substantial funding. Key contributor to scaling and build-out of the associated new initiative, including operations and administration. - Spearheaded strategic alliances with new initiatives within Stanford Engineering, helping to secure donor funding to launch a pioneering lab. - Made critical contributions to the development and implementation of affiliate programs, including extensive research of university policy and practices; helped draft proposals and budgets for sponsored research; supported development of new DARPA solicitation with agency program officer.- Constructed, compiled and integrated, and extracted information from a variety of databases, including a collaboration with Stanford Engineering colleagues to compile a database of 400 labs across campus to help scale a new program.- Working with multidisciplinary early career investigators, operationalized, and provide ongoing support for, center’s ancillary research portfolio, helping to develop strategies to fund their ongoing work. - Serve as a lead for annual flagship conference and related events, including conference planning; oversight of operations, marketing, and logistics; and selection and recruitment of diverse speakers, exceeding expectations for in-person attendance and engagement.- Provide substantial commentary and revisions for academic- and industry-facing content, including book chapters, research proposals, presentation decks, and industry discussion papers.

Acquired and managed partnerships for a leading attorney professional society, involving detailed analysis and restructuring of agreements and associated processes to enhance compliance and efficiency, converting key funders from defectors to evangelizers. - Managed department revenue and expense budgets, including annual planning and quarterly updates to senior management.- Extensive research into policies governing practice management to help assess compliance of a wide variety of member products and services.- Developed new business model, tools, and processes, enabling collaboration across the organization to acquire corporate sponsor, significantly increasing portfolio value.- Provided ongoing support for a wide variety of digital continuing education programs.
