Most days I wake up and feel like I’m in the movie Groundhog Day, and that's why I’m here today: to interrupt the old programs we’ve been operating under, share my observations, challenge conventions and the guide the way forward on how we can have meaningful, measurable impact, in building diverse, equitable, inclusive, sustainable, thriving workplaces and communities.I’m passionate about and focused on creating human-centric modern workplace experiences through my work with Spinderok. Spinderok provides a range of services to help transform the digital workplace experience and drive employee adoption and satisfaction - including hands-on strategic and planning consulting and the development of frameworks and playbooks to guide the way. These strategic frameworks, and know-how I’ve developed over my career have also benefited several start-up and transforming organizations to create, reframe and align their business and product strategies. I’m also passionate about creating ways to improve inclusion and tech equity opportunities in the workplace by working together within our communities to collectively develop talent, break down barriers, and foster diversity and inclusion - starting at the source by engaging with and supporting programs that train and prepare underrepresented populations for success in meaningful careers, especially young adults entering the workforce for the first time.
