It was nice to know we were dealing with professionals. During our trip we encountered a problem that proved just how professional Susan is. The night before we were to leave Maui for Kauai we found a phone message at the hotel, the airlline called at 8:00 pm Hawaii time and said our inter island flight had been cancelled, they did not leave a phone number or any alternative. Remember that 8:00pm Hawaii time is 1:00 am Central. The next message was from Susan. The airline had also called her. Susan had already made arrangements for us to board a different airline 15 mins after our original flight and we would arrive in Kauai at the same time as the original flight. Remember all of this happened at 1:30 am. We did not have to make even one phone call, no arguing or problems Susan simply made the problem go away and we continued our island hopping as if nothing had ever happened.
