CurrentMy goal is to bring a member lens and transform member-facing communications, processes and technology to engage members and meaningfully enhance their understanding of the complex issues around their pensions and retirement. The pension industry is complicated and heavily regulated. It has its own language and acronyms, and is difficult for members to understand and navigate.
