Also, served as advisor to the leadership team in regards to employee performance, behavior and development.• Managed the people aspects of the close of the not-for-profit organization, creation of the new for profit organization and the transition/rehiring of all employees in this drop down asset purchase. Successfully transitioned to the new company in an aggressive six week timeframe which required configuring new HRIS and Payroll systems and requiring all 230 employees to undergo a comprehensive onboarding process to meet FAA and clinical staff requirements.• Successfully established trust/respect relationships with the divisional leaders and staff to help them transition through this significant change. • Successfully transitioned the perception of human resources from unapproachable and non-supportive to one of being able to balance the needs of the company and those of the employee.
