I am a marketing and loyalty specialist with 5 years experience across different industries, ranging from technology, financial services and FMCG. My work experience covers areas from ATL, BTL, digital, events and CRM/PRM. I truly believe in marketing and promoting brands, products and services that I geniuniely have faith in. When knowing that consumers really like the products and services advertised, I get the satistfaction. Hence, I always enjoy creating and implementing marketing and loyalty campaigns via a variety of communication channels.Outside of work, I love enriching myself with languages learning such as French and Japanese. I like to take photos of people from all walks of life, and animals, especially in my overseas trips. I prefer visiting to places where the locals would go, instead of tourist places. I will learn more about the locals, and their daily lifestyle and their rich culture. Understanding how local consumers behave towards various products/ services can affect the way how marketing communications have to be carried out. I love to challenge myself to try different things.
