I am adept in analyzing risk and providing responsible, well informed lending decisions that comply with Company and Government policies and guidelines. I have working knowledge of Mortgage and Real Estate documentation as well as the ability in identifying, researching and resolving conflicts or discrepancies and analyzing a borrowers profile. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Communication is important and have communicated effectively and on a regular basis with customers as well as internal personnel. I look forward to bringing my skills and knowledge to a new position!
