 Managed six clinical programs and a staff of 26 professionals in a community mental health center covering three counties. Obtained grant-funding of over $400,000 to develop psychosocial rehabilitation and residential treatment programs for the community. Development and oversight of a 26-week treatment program for court-ordered male perpetrators of domestic violence in coordination with the county court systems, probation offices and domestic violence shelters. Developed and maintained excellent working and networking relationships with community and state organizations and agencies including law enforcement, children and family services, the county court system, school districts and hospital staff and administrators as well as with local and state funding and oversight resources.
