  • Applied various doping techniques to fabricate lead-free piezoelectric materials in thin film form which substantially enhanced the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of lead-free thin films. These thin films.
  • A morphotropic phase boundary, which plays an important role in lead-based piezoelectric ceramics was discovered in lead-free Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3–Bi0.5K0.5TiO3–BaTiO3 compositions.
