Head Operation module production

#Develop and implement production, tracking and analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports.#Resposible for setting up Quality system (IQC,IPQC,FQC) to stabilized production process.#Responsible for all type in house quality test(EVA gel and addition test, soldering peel test, all type module safety test.)#Conducting skill improvement training to all production, maintenance and quality member.#Resolution of Customer complaint through systematic root cause analysis by cross functional team (CFT) involvement, CAPA implementation, monitoring effectiveness & follow ups to customer.# Managing internal , external and third party audits with QC team member.#Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and building up guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.#Advised top management of ways to improve production, meet and exceed goals and establish rates for workers efficiencies.#Improve module quality and production efficiency.#Estimate workers hour requirement by studying production schedule to complete job assignment within deadline.#Evaluate raw material status to plane for production priority.#Ensured that all safety and quality measures were adhered to during production process from beginning to end.#Execute in ISO, BIS,ALMM etc. audite and training for production staff.

 Responsible for all operations like machine purchase according to project layout, manufacturing, maintenance, inventory and safety of organisation. Monitoring in process quality through quality audit conducted by QC personal, NCR genaration & ensuring proper closure NC after implantation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) 8D. Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization. Advised top management of ways to improve production, meet or exceed goals, and establish rates for labor efficiencies.  Improve module quality and production efficiency Estimate worker hour requirement by studying production schedules to complete job assignments within deadlines. Evaluate material shortages report to plan for production priority. Ensured that all safety and quality measures were adhered to during production process, from beginning to end. Participated in ISO Auditing and training for production staff.

 Supervised the daily set-ups and start-ups of production equipment. Complete test database and reports for senior management. Supervised the assembly and packing of high volume runs. Monitored cost and quality of production. Integrated and developed new team members. Implemented preventive maintenance program for production facilities. Instituted and monitored safe work practice procedures to maintain an injury-free and efficient production facility. Conducted quality control inspections.
