-Updated and revised Circulation Desk Manual and participated in the development of a new Reserve brochure.-Processed recalls, lost and paids, and refunds daily.-Created a monthly blocking report procedure to verify those patrons blocked on the university system were blocked on the library system or unblocked as necessary.-Completed daily deposits, final statements, new accounts to collections, the quarterly aging report, and write off reports without assistance.-Created a new procedure to verify that debts paid at the cashier's office were efficiently paid on the library system-Responsible for responding to all mail sent to the circulation internet address-Assessed and processed damaged items in cooperation with Bibliographic Services staff-Responsible for all aspects of circulation’s portion of circulation on the fly items, including items to be sent to Bibliographic Services for cataloging as well as associated statistical data-Produced circulation's monthly statistical reports consistently ahead of schedule-Flowcharted circulation procedures as requested, including search, deposit, and Quarterly Aging Report procedures-Cross-trained in searches, Virginia Tidewater Consortium and Advanced Placement patron procedures, notices, ereserves, Diehn Composer’s Room and Hofheimer Art Library.-Supervised three classified staff
