Love what you do and do what you love - that about sums me up. As someone who enjoys dabbling in both the detail and the big picture, finding the right role took time. From piano teacher to CPO, and every job in between, the common denominator has always been a focus on people. I’m a geek at heart. I enjoy solving puzzles and having fun. My inner-geek gets excited when I am able help people appreciate their uniqueness and then discover ways to leverage those strengths. This can be so powerful - for the individual and the organization. Though I am always looking for ways to influence people and improve the situation, I believe strongly that the ‘best’ solutions appear through open dialogue, collaboration, and exploration.
