A 4-time winner of CMP's Women Of Influence Award and a veteran with over 35 years in the financial industry, starting in retail banking with a strong foundation in branch management, investments and financial planning, I transitioned to lending, first as a manager of residential mortgages before moving to a BDM role. Migrating to the broker side, I progressed to Executive Vice President, Network Development at M3 Financial Group, where I undertook the responsibility of defining, strategizing, and spearheading the delivery of distinctive services, products, events, and training tailored for M3's top brokers across all brands on a national scale. An active member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, I was a board member of the charitable foundation, a past member of the Ontario chapter, the fraud committee and has participated in “Hill Days”, representing the industry to members of parliament. I have been a speaker at national conferences, regional symposiums and mentoring sessions. I am a 21-year volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, a past board member of the Community Foundation of Orillia, a past president with distinction of the Orillia Kiwanis Club and a past run director for CIBC’s Run for the Cure. Most recently, I spearheaded "One Industry. One Cause" - a charitable one day event that raised over $55,000 for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. I successfully completed the CrossFit Level 2 training certificate, enhancing my understanding of CrossFit methodology, program design and implementation. I regularly coach athletes on fitness, nutrition and a positive mindset.
