The SAFTAS Conference Center is a state-of-the-art and professionally operated conference facility with meeting space on two levels with a capacity of more than 750 participants.I worked directly with clients in planning conferences and meetings with specific needs. I was responsible for recognizing distinguished visitors (DV) and implemented appropriate customs and courtesies accordingly. During my time in the conference center, I quickly recognized problems or perceived problems with clients and saw that all of the meeting needs were met.

The Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness is committed to the health and wellness of the students, faculty, staff, and community of and around the University of Richmond. As one of only five facilities in the country to receive the 2008 National Intramural Recreational Sports Association Outstanding Sports Facility award, the Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness is one of the most actively and universally used buildings on campus. I directly assisted the Personnel Coordinator at Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness. I assisted in the hiring of new employees and keeping track of all employee information in a database. I used creativity and a touch of fun in creating mandatory forms in order to obtain 100% compliance from the student employees resulting in quicker decision making. In addition, I streamlined and edited personnel forms to improve online and hard-copy information. I improved efficiency of training sessions by coordinating all training materials and also assisted in employee recognition programs resulting in improved employee morale and positive work environment.
