Lead divestiture projects for the Expense Management team including the following: creating and communicating final agreement terms, partnering with key personnel to ensure smooth and accurate transition periods for impacted IT / Telecom services, establishing appropriate relationships to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, tracking the use of IT / Telecom services through the divestiture period to ensure adherence to the agreement terms, and working with the divested entity to migrate services and/or billing for services as appropriate.- Establish and maintain a stable operating rhythm and strong relationship with divested entities, designated partners and GDCs for monthly IT / Telecom invoicing and payments which impact AR.- Active participation in the monthly First Class billing production of IT / Telecom charges.- Partner with Compliance Team to develop and manage controllership and compliance of invoicing and payment processes for entities, and drive behavior to improve quality and delivery. - Establish and maintain a monthly process to identify, manage, and resolve failed and/or rejected billing transactions.
