In July 2011, Talecris Biotherapeutics and Talecris Plasma Resource underwent an acquisition by Grifols Holdings, marking a significant change for the company and its operations.As an IT Financial Analyst, I conducted SOX audits to ensure financial compliance and analyzed finances, including actual vs. budgeted and prior year results, variance analysis, control, and ad hoc analysis.
