As the sole management of IT Assets and Procurement at Grifols Holdings. I was responsible for overseeing the full procurement process for computer assets, as well as conducting research, data analysis, and generating reports for senior management. Working collaboratively with teams across the organization, I was able to develop effective policies and procedures that streamlined asset management and improved overall efficiency. By implementing process improvements, I reduced delivery time for new hires and exceeded service level agreements for ordering computers. I also took on the management of additional companies both US and Canadian, expanding my responsibilities to include supporting over 24,000 employees across North America.

In July 2011, Talecris Biotherapeutics and Talecris Plasma Resource underwent an acquisition by Grifols Holdings, marking a significant change for the company and its operations.As an IT Financial Analyst, I conducted SOX audits to ensure financial compliance and analyzed finances, including actual vs. budgeted and prior year results, variance analysis, control, and ad hoc analysis. I worked with internal and external global senior management to streamline the processing of financial deliverables and reporting, engaging directly with C-suite management to perform and develop financial reports related to IT budgets, project status, resource allocation, external spending, and project closure. I demonstrated expertise in SAP, accounting and financial reporting, vendor invoicing using VIM SAP Module, and fixed/expense modules. Additionally, I improved the North America IT internal and external spending for contractors, IT projects, and monitoring of a $50 million budget while displaying in-depth knowledge about SOX compliance, GAAP, and other financial practices. I mitigated any issues with vendor contracts, month-end reporting, and invoicing in collaboration with Accounts Payable, Legal, Finance, and Procurement, while training employees on entering purchase requisitions and running various SAP reports. Lastly, I blended efforts with Accounting and Finance to ensure proper usage of General Ledger accounts and provided an audit trail for all entries.

As a Business Process Specialist, I successfully oversaw comprehensive end-to-end vendor and asset management for over 120 US plasma centers, supporting their business processes and special projects. I coordinated with local vendors at each center to ensure a smooth national rollout of new donor centers, allocating financials and procuring equipment while producing purchase requisitions in SAP to obtain purchase orders for fixed assets and expenses.I provided inventory control of hardware at each donor center, utilizing a special footprint and documentation while managing vendors to ensure timely fixes to hardware, determining whether to fix or replace. As a Program Analyst at Talecris, I collaborated with Relationship Managers and Business Units, and participated in semi-weekly meetings with Project Manager, Project C-suite management, and Program Manager to facilitate program management. I led the design, implementation, and coordination of a detailed IS Financial Governance plan, which effectively governed all SLAs between Talecris and the IS Outsourcing Vendor. I directed vendor project spending utilizing SAP for corporate financial compliance and constructed program dashboards to track KPIs and monitor adherence to SLAs. I identified technical and functional issues and provided solutions to the Project Manager through testing resource identification and testing support. Additionally, I partnered with the CIO and PMO Manager to streamline project forms, documents, and processes into a single location on the intranet, involving SDLC and Project Management Processes.
