She spent ten of those years working for the 8th largest accounting company, Crowe Chizek, until in 2000 she started The Project Authority, a project management consulting and training company. Susan utilizes her passion for project management to help companies improve their project management processes along with managing their projects. She is dedicated to continuous improvement of project management systems and has been instrumental in helping numerous companies in their project management maturity process.Susan has over 32 years of training experience. She presents at national conferences and teaches master level project management courses for Boston University and Strategy Execution.Susan was the president of Women & Hi Tech which is a non-profit organization created to address the specific needs of women in high tech industries in Central Indiana and to encourage more women to consider careers in technology.
