Since 2005 I have served on the Louisiana Secretary of State project team. I have worked on the Election & Registration Information Network, the Commercial Online Registration Application, and the Louisiana geauxBIZ Portal.My responsibilities include:-Identify, research, and resolve program, data and software problems.-Evaluate requests for change to determine specific tasks and effects on existing programs and systems.-Plan and schedule work of programmers to ensure milestones are met.-Assign, oversee and review work of testers to confirm compliance to business rules.-Analyze and evaluate requests for large scale enhancements or development projects.-Resolve issues from users on daily uses of software application. -Manage and prioritize daily work assignments. -Provide technical and functional advice or assistance.-Train users on system operations.-Maintain knowledge and expertise to assist with training and troubleshooting.-Monitor project budget.
