As facilities officer and then senior facilities officer, I was able to lead and train a team of 20 members. Moreover, I had the responsibility of the data center management of 15 000 square meters with 1 000 headcount. I also took the responsibility of procurement operation for an annual cost of 100 000 pounds.During this first experience, I developed the ability to lead a team, develop my procurement skills and be able to get a great overview of IT.Once the mission was over with Hong Kong and Shanghai bank, I went to work for Standard Chartered Bank under JLL at Guangzhou (China). During this period, I also had the possibility to evolute from Assistant Facilities Officer to Senior Facilities Manager. I was responsible for Guangzhou and Xiamen portfolio of 20 000 square meters with a total of 400 headcount, and also leading the project of the Xiamen office relocation for a total of 70 headcount. The management and the implementation of an IT room has been successfully.Under my role, I also had the opportunity to do some HSE functions as organising fire evacuation drill and first aid training sessions, and doing the daily support for the security management.During four years with JLL, I developed my professional skills as IT, team management, HSE, administration, procurement and finance. This experience bring me a good sense of communication with a high analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams and projects. By supporting the business pressure, I was able to take decision by being meticulous and flexible at the same time. -
