Led the advancement of Baxter’s Security Governance Program by establishing GRC solutions across IT. Managed deployment of business continuity solutions to support recovery of Baxter’s critical systems. •Led the implementation of IT Security Technologies in 7 new Global Data Centers to support company separation. (Budget: $17M) This included the security infrastructure, network, tools and processes to monitor logs and detect threats. •Collaborated with global Baxter teams and external partners to develop a Cloud Governance Framework that provided the structure to manage a complex Cloud environment and ensure information security governance, risk management and compliance.•Led design and implementation of the Archer GRC Vendor Management Solution. Leveraged the CSA control framework to develop a Cloud Computing Risk Assessment to evaluate Cloud vendor controls and procedures.•Led the design and implementation of a Business Impact Analysis Assessment in collaboration with Corporate Compliance. Facilitated BIA sessions with business customers to identify potential impacts of application disruption on business operations (financial, life / safety, regulatory, legal / contractual, reputation).•Established Disaster Recovery capabilities for multiple Global Business critical systems by establishing a secondary IBM datacenter to support application failover and network isolation for testing of critical applications.•Orchestrated the development of failover procedures and facilitated annual testing with Global teams, ensuring successful failover and improving the processes by addressing gaps and audit observations.
