Key contirbutions include:• Help to achieve the organizational mission by ensuring that AVID is pursuing actions that make the organization financially strong and maximize its impact.• Aid in the creation and optimization of sales/growth target lists• Analyze and project cost and revenue data, including trend analyses• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and prospective business processes to document workflows and recommend improvements using my Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge• Establish guidelines for best practices pertaining to negotiations and purchasing, and act as a liaison in dealings between vendors and user departments• Execute benchmarking and competitor analysis projects evaluating services within the educational nonprofit sector; maintain competitor annual event pricing database• Lead and support development and research activities involving building on company strengths, identifying potential new markets and business opportunities, increasing market presence, and obtaining a sustainable, competitive position in the industry. Create a streamlined operations model for key business services areas including Logistics, Purchasing, Events and Travel. . Analyze and recommend key business services information systems and the processes connected to them.
