At first, I built a small but successful company that was engaged in importing and distributing electricmotors and supplying equipment for oil and gas. At the time of the 2008–2009 financial crisis, thecompany was organized into a construction company engaged in building K-span structures. My manyyears of experience in importing and my engineering training allowed me to personally select andpurchase the necessary construction equipment directly from China. Crisis management skills coupledwith teamwork allowed me, in a short time, to create a company that is a leader in the market of K-spanconstruction buildings.
