Responsible for a wide of range of activities including website development and management, online marketing and SEO, product development and contracting as well as day to day operations of a wholesale travel business. The Ski Travel Company is an Australian based ski specialist tour wholesaler based in Sydney, Australia. Offering worldwide ski holiday packages, our team of expert consultants provide customers and retail travel agents with great knowledge and experience that is essential when it comes to booking often complex ski holidays. Ski Travel also offer online bookings for many destinations, and are continually working to improve our ecommerce side of the business. Our company also operates the Absolute Travel brand, which focuses on school group travel, primarily involving snow trips to Thredbo, Perisher and New Zealand for school groups in Australia.

This role involves the development and ongoing management of the loyalty CRM program and online strategy.

Documenting the company's marketing plan and implementing the strategy in conjunction with key partners. The focus is on electronic marketing and making an impact using traditional and Web 2.0 tactics.

This position concentrated on developing and implementing an online strategy for this ski holiday wholesaler. I was responsible for improving the website, search engine marketing, CRM and partnership marketing with ski resorts and destination marketing organisations.
