Current1) Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.2) Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. 3)Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. 4)Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.5) Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.6) Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.7) Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.8) Preparing new employee files & Maintaining current HR files and database.9) Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records10) Creating an environment of open communication.11) Organizing important events of the organization.12) Introducing employee wellness programs.13) Creating company policies based on best practices.
