Engineer- Production planning and control, project scheduling, Expertise in SAP PP and MM modules. Publishing project release report with complete BOM and Spares list to purchase & In-house, and trigger list to warehouse and other concerned. Manage entire CPA (Advance Planning Cell) team and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with Managers in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines Working on Project, Contract management sales order revision claims (ZZ, ZC, ZR & ZE) and plan necessary workload in SAP. Analyse plant capacity and plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute job orders. Publishing and reviewing of Project schedule (MS project) with project managers. Coordinate with engineering team and sales team to establish project specialties and traceability (Project Kick off meeting).  Maintain material master data in SAP and make decision on outsourcing and in-house production. Organize review meeting with project and engineering team to prioritize projects. Material follow-up with production and purchase for Spares, service & warranty Preparation and submission of MIS reports.  Communicate production status to Mangers and Sales team on regular basis. Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Initiate Material Issuance Request to move the material from Warehouse to Production as per schedule. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Cyclic inventory verification & correction in plant
