Regular visits with partner SCM teams (Retailez, Flipkart, Reliance, Croma) to understand their operational processes and align them with our own operations to enhance overall operational efficiency.7. Return management: Work on complete return process includes coordination from service team for PDI (investigation of material status) at partner warehouse and arrange vehicle with the help of logistics team and get back return damaged/unsellable material from partner warehouse to orient warehouse. Further coordination with S&OP team for production of outer box (if the case related to damage box) to make it sellable unit.8. Support other operation team member to maximize overall operation efficiency.
