Assistant Manager Operations
Current Taking performance appraisal; Monthly one on one with each team member; Team Meeting; Trainings Responsible for overall team performance and SLA of the process for multiple locations Delivering weekly & monthly dashboard (performance report) to onshore service delivery manager Participating in weekly and monthly performance review call Monitoring wing-to-wing process, i.e. managing issues/escalations When appropriate, provide operational cover for absent Senior Managers Creating a positive culture where the work can get done Establishing and implementing goals and objectives Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies Build customer relationship, drive confidence and improve customer satisfaction Responsible for the gathering of data, creation of analytics models for interpretation of data sets using tools like Excel and Access Provide the inputs to improve/enhance the client experience as well as increasing the level and quality of services provided to internal and external customers Ensure Risk and Control productivity
