• Having experience in full requirement life cycle Requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Rate Negotiation, Submitting Resume to Clients, Interview Set-up, Paper Work, and Onboarding. • Primarily Manage all the reck of Scotiabank and Working for top 5 Canadian banks TD Bank, CIBC and RBC requirements.• Everyday we get assign reck comes through VMS from all the major banks of Canada as Capital Market Business Analyst, Capital Market Project Manager, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Developer with Power BI and ETL, Production Support, Application Support, Technical Support, Technical Analyst, Network Engineer, Network Analyst, Security Analyst, UX Designer, UI Designer, Solution Architect, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Program Manager and also get to work for some bilingual role as French OR Spanish.• Participate in Supplier call for understand the clients needs and Build a good relationship between candidate and make pipelines for further role to the right fit candidate's.• Handling Direct reck through VMS SAP Field Glass and Beeline.• Competing with thirty Vendors to finding the Best vs Average Candidate for shortlisting in VMS.• Doing Formatting of resume for each submission which going to upload in VMS as per client prospectus.• Using Bullhorn ATS for finding the candidate on internal database and Entering new candidate in database and put a note for each reached out and change status accordingly.• Use Monster, Career builder, Indeed and Recruiter Lite for sourcing the candidate through job boards.• Use some recruiting tools as X-ray Search, Smart Search, 360 Navigator etc for finding the candidate on Niche roles.• Everyday Interact with all the team members and Senior Managers to discuss about the challenges on Requirements.• Teach and guide the junior recruiter and colleagues in submission or verifying the fake or genuine candidates.
