I would describe myself as highly motivated, flexible and detail oriented individual who can work well in collaborative environment. My goal is to get as much in hand experience as possible. My technical interests include food recipe development and optimisation or nutrition enhancement. I have worked at a medium scale bakery called Bliss Chocolate Pvt.Ltd. Where I got inhand experience at the quality assurance department where my day to day work was to imply GMPs and do microbial, chemical and physical tests as per FSSAI standards. I have also working under professor Dr. Jyoti Ghokale for a project. I an currently working at Gits Food Products Pvt.Ltd. in Pune, for my summer in plant training.I am an avid cook and baker and well versed with sensory analysis of all categories of products as per industry standard. I have also done a course on food safety management- ISO 22000.
