CONTRACTED BY BLUE CONNECTIONS IT• Working with project delivery teams to identify, define and develop end-user test cases, executing test plans, based on client stories or specifications.• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.• Execute manual test cases and report test results to the project team.• Isolating, replicating, and reporting defects, and verify defect fixes.• Assist with issue resolution.• Using a variety of tools (For e.g., QC Vera), techniques, testing applications, and reports to validate the correctness of software functionality.• Co-ordinating with Validation team for systems Upgrade.• Co-ordinating with National and International vendors and fixing the license issues for newly installed software/Applications.• Organizing meetings with Users and Vendor and demonstrating systems information.

• Provided Escalation and resolution to Level 1 support team for incidents related to Windows, different office packages for business, web hosting services and SCCM.• Logging incident accurately in company, follow up and prioritization of tickets using ticketing system in Service Now.• Installing and configuring hardware and software such as PC deployment, Printer setup, cisco phone setup (Avaya Telephony) and installing software’s/applications and anti-Virus (Symantec Endpoint Protection).• Testing the performance of Systems e.g., Alteryx on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) before the package deployment.• Providing support related to Audio/video (A/V) system that includes conference room set up (WebEx)• Liaising with various local and international support groups for Incident escalation, request fulfillment and change management.• Deploying Non-standard application and software to users’ machine via SCCM.• Checking the compliant status of user machine with the help of SCCM report and SQL Server Reporting Services.• From time to time, providing systems training to internal stakeholders to ensure awareness and adherence to the standards and procedures of the organization.• Ensure all systems are protected against any potential virus or malware attacks. Proactively monitor devices and identify any potential problems that may occur.• Involved on Various Roll-out plans such as 20H2, Laptops etc.• Test network performance between two branch offices and provide network performance statistics and reports.• Monitoring and Managing IT Assets within the company.
