CurrentKey Responsibilities these are to: • Key person to communicate foreign vendor and local vendor for telecom equipments and project requirement.• Maintaining total responsibility of foreign vendor distribution in Bangladesh. • Maintain the reseller chain of telecom products among the country.• Letter of credit (L/C) document processing for product import via Bank and liaison with Telecom regularity commission – BTRC, Bangladesh.• Key Person to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Unitrend Network Limited mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and Organizational planning.• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. • Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Board.• Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by staff and interns. • Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies.• Present a yearly budget in conjunction with the Finance Officer for Board approval and prudently manage resources within those budget guidelines. • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. • Manage Unitrend Network Limited budget in coordination with the CEO. • Organize fiscal documents as and when required.• Attend regular meetings with CEO around fiscal planning. • Supervise Technical team, sales and marketing team and as well as Finance officer.• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
