☛ Manage total machineries in fifteen bottling lines, Aseptic machines, utilities, re-distillation plant, malt spirit plant boilers, steam turbines, and DG’s transformer☛ Implemented projects cost reduction techniques and root cause analysis☛ Troubleshooting PLC (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) and Drives (SEW) Electrical drawings reading☛ Effectively improving yields and efficiencies of the plant☛ Liaising job with statutory bodies like Electrical Inspectorate , State Electricity Board, Inspector of Factories & Boilers, State Pollution control Board☛ Executing proper measures towards conservation of energy by doing proper auditing every three months for all the three factories
