Total project value of 432 Million US DollarThe roles and responsibilities were: Administration of Main Contract with the client & the contract with the sub-contractor for finding gaps wrt. SOW, Terms & Conditions. Preparation of claims and extra items wrt. to Main contract. Verifying Subcontractor’s Invoices, Variation Orders and Claims, if any. Inspecting & validating the adequacy of manpower, equipment and materials. Preparing progress report in Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis and MOM’s for Management review. Compile data base for subcontract’s cash flow statements and final account statements. Formulate, & issue local subcontracts, change orders and Purchase orders in consultation with the Project Team.
