A Data Science and Analytics enthusiast with over 12+years of experience. The core areas of my interest are data Analytics and Machine learning. Proficient in python and R languages. Hands on experience in working on SQL databases. Analyze time series data and implement predictive models.Develop ML algorithms and tailor it for the business requirement. To analyze business problems and devise an effective solution. To identify a best performing algorithm takes on a real challenge that makes the whole data science journey an interesting one.Performing hypothesis tests and proving a point is one area I focus upon. Working with categorical and numerical data types in real dataset and deriving real insights from the data is also a key area of my interest. Operations data analysis has been a key area of my experience working with Nabha Power Limited for about 10 years. During the 10 years of my work experience, we as a team have deployed many projects related to Energy performance optimization, coal supply chain optimization (This project was awarded first in services category of the global flagship “Pi Awards” for innovation by Larsen & Toubro Limited), Many industrial automation and process improvement projects that were developed during the tenure.The core areas of industrial exposure in terms of Operations, Supply chain and Equipment maintenance gave a lot of thrust towards further pushing the Data science journey. Functional Design and support to the development team for IBM Maximo team in new modules developments also gave an exposure to workflow optimization logics and automation.Further I would love to pursue a career in Artificial Intelligence and complete a doctorate in the field. Some areas of my thrust would be towards deep learning and reinforcement learning. Some areas of recent projects in the field of machine learning, data science include:  development of recommender systems using a graph network, Concrete strength analysis, Text sentiment classification and Multiclass classification problem solving.
