Leading the commercial function with a team of 15 in the current role, he has worked with BUs in the Middle East & CIS on matters involving Commercial, Sales, Finance, Systems, Operations and Business Strategy. Key aspects of his work involve commercial strategy on high value tenders, reviewing/negotiating contracts, nurturing client relations, liaison with project teams to optimize financial performance, pricing policies/framework for tendering teams, business risk assessment and analysis/initiatives focused on sales win/loss and cost-revenue-profit drivers. He supports C-level stakeholders in developing long term strategic plans, review of new market entry / expansion capex initiatives, market sizing and business process improvement. As Regional CRM Champion, Sushant has been instrumental in rolling out Salesforce CRM at 8 locations. He was the Project Manager for implementation of new ERP system at 4 locations with a simultaneous 'go live' achieved successfully. Sushant has transitioned different industries and Big 4 Firm/Advisory stints have gained him exposure to varied businesses such as manufacturing, retail, trading, services, education, media and hospitality.
