These algorithms drove 20%+ revenue growth for leading digital retailers such as Disney, Converse, Uniqlo, etc. I am especially proud of building the first versions of and leading the Personalized Search team, which was the key product offering for the eventual acquisition by Sitecore.We went from '80/20' models to build multi-layer neural networks (generative and discriminate in nature) that were more general and more effective. I had led product and engineering efforts at the inception and early stages of the company.Reflektion's platform understands and influences the intent of each customer in real time to deliver relevant content across touchpoints that matter most. Dr. Bejerano is a pioneer in genomics and is most well known for discovering ultra-conserved genomic elements. I worked primarily on building and applying generative tools (mainly graphical models) to model transcription-factor cis-regulation in the early stage of [brain] development.

I worked on extending SmartFuzz (formerly Catchconv), a symbolic execution and run-time type inference for integer conversion errors, in novel ways - with PhD student David Molnar and Professor David Wagner. We successfully extended the application to run on 64-bit architectures and large applications such as Firefox.

GEE was my first startup. It failed. We built a cool technology but failed to account for the timing of an important market need.
