Here, Drive and implement digital transformation strategies, optimize business processes, and leverage data visualization and business intelligence to identify digitization opportunities that enhance overall business performance. Digital Transformation Projects: Managed and prioritized business requirements for 10+ digital transformation projects, focusing on process automation, business strategies, and technology integration to streamline processes across various departments & clients. Product Management: Co-managed 4 products with the product managers, including Jindal Group's global “AuctionIT” platform, HRMS Tool “Touchpoint”, and a performance monitoring tool, “Xcellence.”• Synthesize business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and delivering solutions for complex challenges, product growth & customer service excellence. • Create detailed project plans, business cases, and process flow diagrams (As-Is & To-Be) to streamline project execution.• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the product strategy & industry trends. • Maintain key product documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, test plans, test scenarios, and training materials.• Leverage Agile Scrum methodology to break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories.• Design wireframes and mind maps for data integration and real-time monitoring via Power BI.
