Brewery is set up to produce world class German beer- Warsteiner with German Purity Law. The Brewery equipment have all been outsourced from GEA Germany and bottling hall from KHS including conveyors. Water treatment system is supplied by Chriwa, Germany Pioneers in WTP. The plant is fully in auto mode with minimum intervention.Utilities are fully optimised to meet production schedules with efficient energy consumption. The main function is to finalize the process SOPs, Predictive and preventive maintenance program, MIS and review formats, Finalization of JDs and optimization of process for full utilization of Company assets.

1. Set up a green field 1 million HL Brewery for Appollo Breweries Pvt. Ltd in the year 2012 with state of the art brewery equipment. The Brewery was set up with Zero Discharge Liquid with 100% recycling of water through UF and RO plant. 2.
