Having dealt with state of art machines, equipment, systems employing best of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, through my professional engagement in various industries around the globe for decades, I could pronounce very easily the role of manpower resources enterprise invests in, is a clear differentiator between failure and success of industry. Able resources can convert ordinary physical assets into extra-ordinary and slowly organization start getting identified as a place where "Ordinary people achieve extra-ordinary goals".Working with man is more challenging than machine as former carries the extra baggage of emotions coupled with human traits of greed, arrogance, deception, delusion, dishonesty, ego, envy, hatred, immorality, lying, selfishness etc. However it is very much possible to extract the same "so called extra baggage" of human to good effect and effecively utilised as a productivity tool.My continued experiments with machine and man alike, prompted me to take deeper plunge and choose one out of these two.My repositioning as core HR is the testmony of choosing "man" and which helps me to connect whole gamut of indusrty, academia, present and future workforce.Studying and understanding all stakeholders of HR indusrty, help me to workout solutions which help all and enhance the degree of satisfaction, we can deliver to our clients.
