Client Services Administrator
Current● Oversees and manages the reporting of end-to-end lifecycle of legal matters and projects, ensuring adherence and tracking of deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.● Makes use of PowerAutomate and other AI powered tools to identify work inefficencies and create new workflow solutions, in the aim of increasing producitvity.● Facilitates regular communication with legal teams, keeping them informed about matter progress, updates, and any relevant developments.● Identifies and communicate synergies and opportunities for synergies across multiple matters and client interactions.● Actively contributes to the continuous improvement and enhancement of internal processes and infrastructure by designing and delivering new reports, suggesting and implementing improvements to existing tools and processes, and relaying and implementing suggestions for process change
